The Phospho-IL-10Ralpha(Tyr496) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit provides a lysate-free, convenient, and high-throughput approach for sensitive detection of Phospho-IL-10Ralpha(Tyr496) protein expression profile in cells.
