Our Multiplex IHC Detection Kits utilize Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) technology, enabling enhanced sensitivity and specificity in immunohistochemical (IHC) applications. This advanced approach leverages the peroxidase-catalyzed activation of non-reactive tyramide fluorescent substrates. Upon activation, these substrates covalently bond to tyrosine residues on or near the antigen, resulting in substantial signal amplification at the binding sites.

With the stable covalent attachment of fluorescent tyramides, TSA signals remain intact through multiple cycles, even when subjected to antigen retrieval processes. This allows for the iterative use of different primary antibodies and tyramide fluorophores, facilitating robust multiplex staining. Our kits provide an efficient and versatile solution for researchers looking to achieve precise and comprehensive antigen localization across complex samples.

ELISA kits have all the reagents and tools you need to measure target protein concentrations with accuracy. The basic principle behind ELISA is that a detection antibody binds to the antigen of interest in a pre-coated microplate. An enzyme is attached to the detection antibody that results in a color change if the antigen of interest is present in the sample. Quantification of the analyte is determined by measuring the intensity of the color.

Western blotting (immunoblotting) is widely used for detecting and analyzing specific proteins in a mixture.
