LDHA Rat Recombinant Protein

LDHA Rat Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is
a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 340 amino acids (1-332 a.a)
and having a molecular mass of 37.5kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under
reducing conditions). LDHA is fused to an 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus
& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
