The HIV-1 Protease filtered (0.4µm) solution is formulated in 20mM Tris, 20mM MES, 200mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA, 10% (v/v) glycerol and 0.05% 2-mercaptoethanol, pH 6.5.
Stability

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
