CST4 Human Recombinant Protein, sf9

CST4 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single,
glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 131 amino acids (21-141 a.a.) and
having a molecular mass of 15.4kDa (Migrates at 13.5-18kDa on SDS-PAGE under
reducing conditions). CST4 is expressed with a 10 amino acid His tag at
C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). 
    Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
