The protein containing 93 amino acid residues of the human CLDN4,10 amino acid N-Terminal HisTag residues and 8 additional amino acid PreScission protease cleavage site. The protein is a fusion protein consisting of two extracellular domains of claudin-4 linked together with the PreScission protease LEVLFQGP cleavage site.
