CD207 Human Recombinant Protein, sf9

CD207 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single,
glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 273 amino acids (65-328 a.a.) and
having a molecular mass of 30.9kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under
reducing conditions). CD207 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at
C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
